Given my experience as a prosecutor for 30 years and a defense lawyer for 10 years, I am able to provide the experience needed to help you with your case. An example of recent cases I handles are as follows: I had a case where my client was facing a life sentence for attempted murder. I worked out a settlement with the prosecutor which let him out of custody and he was placed on 10 years probation. On another case, my client was facing 40 years for the possession of a large amount of narcotics and firearms. I also worked out a settlement with the prosecutor where he received probation for 10 years, and was released from custody.

I am also very skilled in the courtroom and in trial. Given the combination of my skills in both being able to negotiate good settlements and my skills in being in trial if necessary, I can be very helpful to you in your criminal case.
